New Client Initial Consultation

Service Description

A Behavior Consultant will meet at your home or at our facility for an initial consultation and perform a behavior assessment with your pet. During the initial consultation, you and the Consultant will answer any questions and discuss desired outcomes then discuss tailored program options. The assessment will be approximately 90 minutes. During this session, you will be given an initial set of fundamental tools to help you work on during the week until your next scheduled session. **This session is required prior to booking training sessions

Cancelation Policy

Thank you for booking. Because your booking guarantees your session with the trainer, we are unable to fill that appointment time for another client. Therefore, that session will be considered a forfeit of the current scheduled session, and NO REFUNDS will be given, and NO make-up sessions given on session packages. If you need to reschedule a session for a group class, make-up sessions are subject to the next trainer and class availability without guarantees. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given for scheduled classes, Board & Train or private sessions.
